Abstract

In management research, creativity, creative development is more often researched in cases linked to the creative economy, creative industries and creativity as a specific competence, but in the cultural management at the state level research and studies the smartness approach to management (which also unites the dimension of creative development) is less scientifically analysed. There is also a lack of a wider interdisciplinary methodological analysis of this phenomenon, evaluating the creative development as one of the dimensions of smartness in cultural management and providing a system of criteria and indicators for its evaluation. The lack of such research does not encourage the creative development and a deeper understanding of smartness. Authors of this article grounded six dimensions of smartness in cultural management. With this article we continue the allready started analysis of grounded smartness dimensions by analysing each dimension separately. The aim of the article is to ground the system of evaluation criteria and indicators of creative development as the dimension of smartness in cultural management. Due to the lack of methodological tools that provide conditions and appropriate prerequisites for grounding factors of creative development as a dimension of smartness in cultural management, the object of the work is the criteria and indicators of evaluation of creative development as a dimension of smartness in cultural management. Objectives: to reveal the importance of theoretical analysis of the dimensions of smartness in cultural management; to characterize the essence of creative development as one of dimensions in cultural management; to reveal the system of evaluation criteria and indicators for the creative development as one of the smartness dimensions in cultural management. The 4 criteria and the 12 indicator system help to reveal the creative development as a dimension of smartness in cultural management, which can determine the most successful cultural management
