Ensuring the Effectiveness of Public Administration: the Problem of Civil Servants’ Training Quality

Abstract

The article deals with the problems of quality of training based on the analysis of Ukrainian national experience
of training, retraining and advanced training of civil servants. The dependence of qualification parameters
of the specialization of their training on the choice of the direction of public administration development
is discussed. The specifics of government officials’ training at the current stage of the state governance
system development are identified. Areas of future scientific researches are outlined.
